ISO accreditation

Quality Management Standards (ISO 9001) and Information Security Standards (ISO 27001)

North West eHealth is pleased to announce that the governing body ISOQAR has accredited North West eHealth to the following international certification after having had a successful assessment for Quality Management Standards (ISO 9001) and Information Security Standards (ISO 27001). These certificates are valid for three years from the award date March 2011 and are subject to audit. 

What is it?

It's certification of good business practice. An accredited company is obliged as part of the standard to be proactive in seeking customer satisfaction feedback. The company's internal procedures are regularly monitored and assessed. It is a process of continual review, re-evaluation and improvement, measured against set targets.
