The Department of Health has launched an iPhone app to help smokers quit their habit.
The Department of Health has launched an iPhone app to help smokersquit their habit. The app gives daily hints and tips to manage cravings, keepsa running tally of the number of days, hours and minutes since quitting as wellas how much money has been saved.
It also includes a direct link to the stopsmoking helpline and helps find local NHS Stop Smoking Services. The NHS Quit Smokingapp is free to download from iTunes, the NHSSmokefree website and NHS Choices.
